Summary: Dr. Peggy Buffington, Superintendent, will recommend a 4.4 percent salary increase retroactive to July 1, 2021 for the following employees:

-Administrative Services and all Support Staff covered by the support staff regulations and benefits (9 month and 12 month classified staff)
-All Food Service employees
-Transportation Department employees: Stephen Wells and Randy Slyvester
-All Technology Department employees (Note two category changes with recommendations for Bill Liesch and Nathan Solich.)
-All School Nurses

In addition, salary increases as noted for the following employees: Ken Cawthon, Aquatics Coordinator, $2,000.00; Terrance Turner, MTSS and Aspire, $2,000.00; and Cortney Harris, Preschool Teacher, $1,000.00.
