Pursuant to US Department of Education Interim Final Regulations for ARP ESSER funds, all recipients, regardless of current in-person instruction status, are required to post a return to in-person instruction plan within thirty (30) days of the date of this conditional award notification for ESSER III/APR. The Board will accept public comment for 30 days after this recommendation at a meeting or by contacting the Superintendent.
