Board of Finance: I.C. 5-13-7-6 requires the Board of Finance to organize yearly after the first Monday and on or before the last day of January by electing a president and secretary. The Board of Finance meeting will meet on January 21st. Per Board policy, the Board of Finance is the same as the regular Board and the officers are the same. That should be acknowledged in the Board minutes for this meeting by motion and as outlined in Board policy.
