Dr. Peggy Buffington, Superintendent, and William Longer, Board Attorney, will discuss the TRECs Memorandum of Understanding with the Association of Indiana Counties. The TRECS (Tax Refund Exchange and Compliance System) program can be used to capture delinquent payments from parents and other parties.
