Summary:

The Brickie Virtual School (BVS) was offered as an alternative next school year due to COVID unknowns for families. The enrollment is low. Due to low numbers, the School City of Hobart (SCOH) will still offer BVS; yet, we will use a web portal to deliver curriculum with Indiana certified teachers. It will be asynchronous (anytime with lessons posted and teacher office hours). Parents will be notified. SCOH will study BVS for future recommendations on open enrollment as an option for virtual education only with how many spots would be available.
