Summary:
|
Pearson Virtual Schools USA Virtual Learning Programs will enable students who are not able to return next fall due to COVID to attend the Brickie Virtual School (BVS). This contract will provide asynchronous learning with Indiana certified teachers for these students. The original survey to parents about BVS said we would use SCOH teachers if there was enough enrollment. There was not enough students for a course to be filled so this is the solution going forward virtually. We will utilize ESSR funds to pay for the virtual service for those students. We will be calling families for the change in teacher assignments. There are a menu of options for other services we will use such as the alternative school, credit every. And courses to fill a whole that a student may not be able to take.
