Dr. Peggy Buffington, Superintendent, will welcome Josh Reno, Dean of Students and HMS chess club sponsor, and Victoria Cecoi, a sixth grader, to the Board meeting. Victoria competed in the Scholastic Chess of Indiana Girls' Championship at Jeffersonville High School last weekend and earned 1st place in the State. She dominated the boards and earned 3.5 out of 4 points and did not lose a single match.
