Summary:

Dr. Buffington, Superintendent, will discuss awarding the RFP for the after school childcare program. At the May 15, 2025, meeting, the Board authorized advertising the Requests for Proposal (RFP) for the After School Childcare Program (Latch Key).
One proposal was received the Hobart Family YMCA, part of Crossroads. Information for their proposal is attached in the electronic meeting packet for the Board's review and consideration. Please note that the Form A Fee Schedule for the proposal is attached separately.
Dr. Buffington will recommend that the Board award the contract to the Hobart Family YMCA, part of Crossroads. Contract dates are August 1, 2025, through July 31, 2026, renewable for one year based upon satisfactory performance. The Hobart Family YMCA has provided this program for many years, and we have had a good working relationship with them.
Board action is requested.
