Summary:

Dr. Buffington, Superintendent, will present a trademark license agreement with Roland and Kristie Cormier, Third Street Creations, LLC to use Yohan, our trademarked logo, with a 10% royalty payable to the district on a quarterly basis. The agreement is for two years from February 4, 2021, through February 3, 2023, and is attached for the Board's review.
