Summary:
|
Dr. Peggy Buffington, Superintendent, will present a trademark license agreement with Hobart Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc. to use the Yohan logo in connection with the sale of Pop Warner spirit wear with a 10% royalty. Either "HPW" or "Hobart Pop Warner" would always be used in conjunction with the Yohan logo.
The trademark license agreement would be for two years and would expire on August 4, 2023. The contract agreement is attached for the Board's review.
