Dr. Peggy Buffington, Superintendent, and Robert Glover, Business Manager, will give a brief presentation about renewing the Operating Referendum from 2017. She will present how the structure of this referendum will have a neutral impact on the tax rate (See attached presentation). The Board shall consider the renewal of the Operating Referendum in Resolution No. 2024-39. President Butler will call for a roll-call vote.
