Summary:

Attorney William Longer prepared Resolution No. 2021-29, and it is for the extension of the lease with the Geminus Corp for the Ridge View School for another year. Last year the Board approved a lease with Geminus Corp for the period of August 21, 2020, until June 20, 2021. The lease automatically renews for an additional ten-month term on August 1 of each subsequent year until terminated. Geminus Corp has been renting a portion of Ridge View School. The rental was for $1,2140.00 per month beginning September 1.
Board action to adopt Resolution No. 2021-29 for renewal of the lease with Geminus Corp for another year.
