Enclosed is Resolution No. 2021-47 for your review. Robert Glover will recommend approval of the resolution in order for the School City of Hobart to participate in the Indiana Bond Bank's 2022 Advance Funding Program. Secretary Guthrie will read the resolution for approval by roll call vote. We will seek advice of Attorney Longer regarding how much of the resolution will need to be read in public session.
