Summary:
|
Dr. Peggy Buffington, Superintendent, and Christopher King, Director of Technology, will review the Hobart Redevelopment Commission Educational and Worker Training Grant that was awarded to the school district. The grant was for $22,407.00. The grant will expand the Brickie Makers program for students in grades K-12. It will offer opportunities for students to engineer, explore, design, and create by expanding maker spaces in the middle school and high school buildings. Last year's grant was for $18,172.95. Our thanks to Tammy May, Professional Development Coordinator, for preparing this year's grant.
