Attorney William Longer has prepared Resolution No. 2021-34 for the renewal of the lease with the Hobart Food Pantry for another four year period. As you know, the Hobart Food Pantry leases one of the small buildings at the Service Center. This is another wonderful community service partnership, and Board approval will be requested.
Secretary Guthrie will need to read the resolution, and the motion for approval of the resolution should also include authorization for the Board’s President and Secretary to execute the lease. Approval will be by roll call vote.
