Attorney William Longer prepared Resolution No. 2021-28 and it is for the extension of the lease with the Hobart Family YMCA for the Ridge View School for another year. Last year the Board approved a lease with the Hobart Family YMCA for the period August 21, 2020, until June 20, 2021. The lease would then automatically renew for one-year terms of July 1 of each subsequent year until terminated. The YMCA has been renting a portion of Ridge View School. The rental was for $1,700.00 per month.
Dr. Buffington will request Board action to renew the lease with the Hobart Family YMCA for the coming year.
